DWE services are a well established company with over 20 years in the business.

Karcher Authorised (please note we are unable to process warranty claims), DWE Services are able to supply, service and maintain cleaning equipment from their commercial and domestic range.

In addition to the Karcher range we also service and repair alternative cleaning equipment manufacturers to include:

We also offer breakdown/service contracts tailored to your specific machinery requirements, a company representative shall undertake a site survey to incorporate all machine types, this in turn will enable our spares/technical department to compile a list and where necessary stock any components required for service intervals and the inevitable breakdowns when they occur giving you total peace of mind.

Service & Repair

Our Service Engineers hold a large range of cleaning machinery parts on their vehicles, and in most cases can offer a "one visit, one fix" repair.

Inevitably there will be at times a need for those specialist items required for the repair of your machine. In which case an overnight delivery service from our suppliers is in operation. This will help keep any machinery downtime to a minimum. 

We currently operate in the counties of Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, Dorset, Devon, and Wiltshire, covering breakdowns and service contracts throughout these regions.
 

Protect Your Investment

A planned and costed service/breakdown aggreement is the sensible way to minimise nuisance failure and maintain maximum working efficency through the machines working life.
 

On each visit, our engineer will replace service interval items, thoroughly inspect and test each product, advising of any worn out or damaged parts in need of replacement.
 

Any necessary lubrication, resetting or adjustment of components will be undertaken within the terms of the aggreement, and where it is found to require replacement, parts will be supplied and fitted at a discounted rate.

Domestic Pressure Washer Repair

Do you have a domestic pressure washer that is leaking, experiencing low pressure or just doesn't work at all?

If so, then why not let one of our fully trained Pressure Washer Technicians take a look at it for you and get your machine working perfectly again. 

Fixed price labour cost of £60 + VAT for repairs, or £55 + VAT for an assessment on all Karcher and Nilfisk domestic pressure washers.

Parts fitted will be charged at manufacturers list price + VAT.

Cost includes: 

• Collection/delivery service within 50 mile radius of business address, excludes the IOW, (additional costs will incur if outside of this area)

• Comprehensive overhaul, testing and repair of the unit at our workshop facility

• Arrangements made for safe, easy and convenient pick up

• Payment upon completion of work

• Convenient date/time arranged for return of fully working unit
